1.3 Information from Third Parties

CRM Data: Contact and lead information synced through the Platform's CRM features (GoHighLevel).
Integration Data: Data from third-party accounts you connect, such as Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide and maintain the Platform and its features, including CRM, marketing automation, voice AI agents, review management, and lead capture.
Process payments for setup fees and monthly subscriptions.
Personalize your experience by configuring AI agents, SMS templates, email templates, and marketing automations using your business information and brand voice.
Communicate with you about your account, service updates, onboarding progress, and support requests.
Send transactional emails related to your account setup and service delivery.
Monitor and improve the Platform's performance, security, and reliability.

Communication logs (SMS, email, call records) are retained for 12 months for service delivery and compliance purposes.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

All data transmitted to and from the Platform is encrypted using TLS/SSL.

Access to client data is restricted to authorized BruhLogic personnel.
Our infrastructure is hosted on Cloudflare's global edge network and GoHighLevel's SOC 2 compliant platform.

No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. SMS/Text Messaging Consent (TCPA Compliance)

By using the Platform's SMS features, you acknowledge and agree:

Your business is responsible for obtaining proper consent from your customers/contacts before sending SMS messages through the Platform.
The Platform provides tools to capture and record consent (opt-in) from your contacts.
You must honor all opt-out requests (STOP messages) promptly. The Platform processes opt-outs automatically.
You must comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and all applicable federal and state regulations governing electronic communications.
BruhLogic is not responsible for your business's failure to obtain proper consent.

7. Cookies and Tracking

The Platform uses cookies and similar technologies for:

Authentication: Keeping you logged in to your dashboard.
Preferences: Remembering your settings and preferences.
Analytics: Understanding how the Platform is used to improve our service.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect Platform functionality.
